Astronomy Camp Spectroscopy

Astronomical observations can be divided into two fundamental types: direct imaging and spectroscopy. Astronomy Camp provides the opportunity to explore both observational modes in a stimulating 'hands on' environment. The Astronomy Camp spectrograph is adaptable to both the 40" and 60" telescopes on Mt. Lemmon and can be used to explore the properties of a variety of astronomical objects.
